Minecraft: How to change the skins
Minecraft is a game with almost unlimited possibilities: players can create incredibly detailed movie reconstructions, villages and more - but that doesn't apply to the appearance of the default character. In our view, they leave much to be desired. But how do you change the look of the characters without a built-in skin editor?
The good news is that it works, but the process varies depending on the platform. Learn how Minecraft works on your PC, console, and smartphone.
Change skins in Minecraft on PC
Go to a web page with Minecraft skins - for example, Minecraft Skins - and download the skins you want to apply to your character. Remember where the downloaded file is located (usually in the Downloads folder).
Click on the menu icon in the upper right corner and select Profile . Sign in with the account associated with Minecraft on your PC.
Click the Browse button, select the previously downloaded file, and then click Open, and then save, to upload your special skin, which will be automatically applied to your character after uploading.
